Change of Mind

To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our Eau de Parfum, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or for products that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days. Our team will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

• Clear photos or video of the issue
